⚠️ RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Returns & exchanges will NOT be accepted for any personalized and customized items. I value my customers and all your support; your happiness and satisfaction is my number one priority! Should you require assistance, I'm only one message away and always happy to help! I will gladly accept order cancellations within 24hrs of purchace.
⚠️DAMAGED ITEMS:
• If items are damaged during shipping, please contact the shop within 48hrs of delivery. I do everything I can to ensure each order is packed well and safe from breakage, but accidents can happen! Proof will be needed from the Postal Service to confirm the item was damaged in transit. No proof, No exchange/replacement.
•If glass cups are damaged/cracked/broken from dishwasher or microwave use, extreme heat or freezing, OR if apparel is damaged due to proper wash/care instructions not being followed, the item will NOT be replaced. Care instructions to follow are provided by the seller upon purchase, included with the purchased item. Should an exchange be permitted, buyer will be asked to return the item to the seller and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Current processing time is 3-5 business days and up to 7 business days for personalized/custom orders. Shipping times will vary and may be affected by Holiday hours/demand. Shipping times are out of the control of the seller; we ensure we ship items in a timely manner and we appreciate your understanding regarding varying delivery times.
